I'm Trey — serial entrepreneur, small business owner, and the guy who started his first business mowing grass for neighbors and his grandmother at around ten years old. She underpaid me terribly, but she could cook like nobody's business and was the kindest human being to ever walk this earth. Worth every uncompensated hour.

That first job stuck with me. To this day I can't drive past a well-mowed, crisp-edged lawn without noticing it. The lawn care and landscaping industry is full of hard-working people who are genuinely good at what they do — and they deserve tools that work as hard as they do.

The problem I kept running into.

As a service business owner, I spent years looking for a simple app to run my business from my phone. What I found was always one of two things — too expensive, or too bloated. Usually both. I was paying for features I'd never use, buried inside software built for office managers, not people working outside all day.

The vision I kept coming back to was simple: build an app where a lawn care or landscaping business owner gets exactly what they need — scheduling, invoicing, payments, client management, job photos — and nothing they don't. At a price that doesn't make you wince every month.

Why lawn care and landscaping specifically?

Because I like niches. My other business is extremely niched and I wouldn't have it any other way. And honestly — I like this industry and the people in it. I know many of the lawn care and landscaping professionals right here in Lake Charles, LA who make this city look beautiful every single day. Good people doing honest work. If you're going to build something for a specific group of people, you might as well genuinely like them.

What I'm really trying to do.

I've spent the better part of two decades consulting small business owners — friends, strangers, anyone who wanted to talk shop. Helping people run their businesses better isn't work to me. It's what I like doing. We Talk Grass is the most direct version of that — a tool built specifically to make your business easier to run, cheaper to operate, and simpler to manage from your phone.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using We Talk Grass.

The Service

Company refers to We Talk Grass LLC, 4310 Ryan St Ste 121, Lake Charles, LA 70605-4540. We Talk Grass is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) — a web-based app accessed through your browser and installable on your home screen. It is not distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent that you are over the age of 18.

Subscriptions

Subscription period: The Service is available with a paid Subscription billed on a recurring monthly basis. At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless You cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel Your Subscription renewal through Your Account settings page or by contacting Us. You will not receive a refund for the current Subscription period and will retain access until the end of that period.

Billing: You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including a valid payment method.

Fee Changes: We may modify Subscription fees at Our sole discretion. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period with reasonable prior notice.

Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Our sole discretion.

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will be required to enter billing information to sign up. You will not be charged until the Free Trial expires. On the last day of the trial, unless You cancel, You will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fee.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member pricing of $27.97/month is available to the first 500 subscribers. This price locks in for the duration of your active subscription. We Talk Grass reserves the right to modify or end the Founding Member offer at any time prior to your sign-up.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. If Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules apply.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your Account. You must notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Content

Our Service allows You to post Content including job photos and customer information. You are responsible for the Content You post and retain all rights to it. By posting Content you grant Us a license to use it to provide the Service.

You may not transmit unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable Content. We reserve the right to remove Content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of We Talk Grass LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

Your Feedback

You assign all rights to any Feedback You provide. We may use, implement, and distribute Feedback without restriction or compensation.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately without prior notice for breach of these Terms. If We terminate for convenience, We will refund prepaid fees for the unused remainder of the Subscription term.

Limitation of Liability

The entire liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service. In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting Us.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice prior to material changes taking effect.
