We Talk Grass works on any device with a modern browser — iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac, Windows PC, Chromebook. It's a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means there's nothing to download from an app store. Open the browser, go to app.wetalkgrass.com, and you're in.
On iPhone (Safari): Open app.wetalkgrass.com in Safari → tap the Share button (box with arrow) → tap "Add to Home Screen" → tap Add. The app icon will appear on your home screen just like a native app.

Your customers can pay you via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, cash, or check — all from the invoice link you send them by text or email. Every payment method we offer is free to you as the operator. You keep every dollar, with zero processing fees charged through We Talk Grass.
Yes — through PayPal. When your customer clicks the PayPal link on their invoice, they can pay with any major credit or debit card even if they don't have a PayPal account. You receive the funds in your PayPal account. PayPal charges a small processing fee on their end for card payments — We Talk Grass charges you nothing on top of that.
Stripe and Square charge 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. On a $200 job that's $6.10 gone before you even touch it. On a $500 job it's $14.80. Over a full season those fees add up to real money.

Here's what that means for your data: Row-Level Security (RLS) means your business data is mathematically isolated from every other subscriber on the platform. Even if someone had direct database access, they could only ever see their own data — it's enforced at the database level, not just in the app code. Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted at rest. We never sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for any purpose other than running your account. Yes — We Talk Grass works for any outdoor service you offer, including seasonal front porch decorating, holiday decoration installation and removal, wreath and garland installation, and other seasonal add-ons. If you can schedule it, invoice it, and get paid for it, We Talk Grass can manage it. Many operators turn seasonal decorating into a recurring four-times-a-year service that keeps customers coming back spring, summer, fall, and winter.

We Talk Grass lets you import your contacts directly from a CSV file. Whether your customers are stored in your phone, Gmail, Outlook, Excel, or another app like Jobber — you can export them and bring them in without retyping a single name.

From Google Contacts (Gmail): Go to contacts.google.com → click Export → choose Google CSV → click Export. Done.

From iPhone: Open Settings → Contacts → Accounts → Add Account → Google. Sign in and turn Contacts sync ON. Wait 1–2 minutes, then go to contacts.google.com on your computer, click Export, choose Google CSV, and click Export.

From Outlook: File → Open & Export → Import/Export → Export to a file → Comma Separated Values → select Contacts → save the file.

From Excel or Google Sheets: File → Save As (or Download) → choose CSV format.

From Jobber: Clients → Export → Export as CSV.

Once you have your CSV, go to Customers → tap Import → select your file → preview your contacts → tap Import Contacts. They'll show up in your list instantly. Your CSV should include First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, and Address for the best results — extra columns are ignored automatically.

Invite links are single-use for security reasons. Once a link is clicked, it expires automatically — even if the crew member didn't complete their setup.

To send a fresh invite: go to Settings → Team, delete the pending team member, and send a new invite to the same email address. The new link will work immediately.

If your crew member already set up their account successfully, they don't need the invite link anymore — they just need to go to app.wetalkgrass.com and sign in with the email and password they created.
